Coating function and application

Melting point: 1412 ℃, with low silicon density, high hardness, brittle texture, and strong affinity for oxygen, it is an important deoxidizer. Used as anti-oxidation and high-temperature resistant coatings, special functional coatings (anti high temperature oxidation), and also used for spraying on the inner wall of stainless steel in silicon single crystal annealing furnaces to prevent trace element contamination of single crystal silicon.
