Coating function and application

Melting point: 1387 ℃, insoluble in water, difficult to dissolve in hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, sulfuric acid, hygroscopic in air, and relatively stable in properties. The coating has a dense film quality, with few cracks and openings, which can effectively suppress the invasion of particulate pollutants and halogen based corrosive gases. Suitable for coating components of LCD panels and semiconductor etching equipment.
